Simon Cowell bans Niall to dye his hair black

Simon Cowell is not the obvious person to ask for advice on - but One Direction are still obeying his orders on how to dress up like them.

Niall Horan was told by his boss that he can not dye your hair black, Simon is afraid he'll lose some fans.

The Irish boy sent a message to Simon asking if he could dye his hair bright blonde.

But his immediate boss retaliated an objective response.

A source said: "Simon still controls much of the band even in the smallest details."

"Niall was desperate to get rid of her blond hair black and leave just to experience as many of normal teenagers."

"Fortunately, he had the good sense to first ask Simon because he knows how it works."

"He sent a message to him asking if he could change your hair color."

"Simon answered him with a short and direct answer: 'No way'."

In addition to offering advice on hair, Simon is leaving things as who is responsible for the X Factor this year.

Although the success of One Direction has been compared to Beatlemania, hopeful that comes out this year on ITV's program will be managed by a man who knows about the real thing.

Simon signed, Sir Paul McCartney and Scott Rodgers to guide the careers of artists in the future.

Scott has worked with Macca for five years. His company, Quest Management, is also behind the success of Arcade Fire, Bjork and Beady Eye.

It is an interesting step because the other show Simon, Britain's Got Talent has lost the battle of ratings for the show from the BBC, The Voice.

Last night, the author Tom Bower published his book of Simon Cowell, Sweet Revenge, at a party in London - and he even made a surprise appearance.
